Life with Half of Water
This story began last friday when I want to went to canteen but someone called me that I had called by teacher from B.K. Then, I and my friend, Faya, went to meet the teacher.
Then my teacher asked me, what my problem at that time. Actually, I'm not in a bad situation that day, but she told me that I have to said my problem. Because I don't want to tell about love story, So I start to tell that I wasn't confidence with my physics because I'm fat and I wasn't like the other student.
Then my teacher told to me that my situation can be described like a half of water on a glass. Then my teacher draws a glass with a half of water. Then she asked, " what do you think about it? " I keep my silent and actually I don't figured out her means. Then she continued, " If you have a glass of half water, what will you do?" I still silent and I ever thought that I will drink that water if I have it (?) but I don't think so with my mind. Then my teacher told me again, " Our life is like a half of water on a glass that we have. Then, there are 2 choices to make this water useful. First, you get mad with it because you only have a half, not full. So, you always angry, never say thanks with everything that you had. It same like you never accept yourself because yourself aren't perfect. Second, you say thanks to this although you only have a half. It same like you accept yourself with everything that you had. So, what will you choose?"
I answered, " the second choice."
Then my teacher smiled, " You just need to say thanks with everything that you had. Although your body weren't like a barbie but you have brain like a brilliant. That's more important than everything."
